Insufficient tool life, unstable processes or problems with chip removal – many tools reach their limits, especially when machining high-temperature-resistant or poorly machinable materials. TOOL FACTORY Cutting Tool Solutions GmbH is meeting these challenges with a revised and expanded range, focusing on longer tool life, reliable process stability and efficient chip evacuation.
High process reliability for deep cuts A highlight is the new 4xD trochoidal end mill (Series 37141). The end mill enables stable machining processes with low radial infeed. Low cutting forces, short chips and high process reliability reduced wear and machine load – and at the same time shorten machining times. New benchmark for high-temperature-resistant materials Another problem area: machining high-temperature-resistant materials such as nickel-based alloys, e.g. Inconel. The solid carbide end mill 38005 was developed precisely for this purpose.
